Chief Hall rose through the ranks of the Detroit Police Department before coming to serve in Dallas. In Detroit, she ultimately served as the Deputy Chielf of Police, and she served with distinction, as recognized by the Detroit City Council.

We wish Reneé Hall success in her new position, and we are inspired by her dedication towards bringing the Dallas Police Department into the 21st century through improved crime data, transparency, and intensified community outreach efforts.
